● The first was a highlight of the question asked by the Lord in Jeremiah 8: 22 “Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?”.
● The next was a vision of a waste land, so much eroded by man and the elements that surely there seemed to be no hope of recovery unto fruitfulness. Except that the Lord had overruled –(Jeremiah 30 (17) "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.”
● Many years later, the voice of the Lord echoed the words of the Psalmist (Psalm 144 11-12) “Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood: That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace”
Adapting to the changing landscape, Cactus 3 Foundation is evolving and growing. In response to emerging challenges and opportunities, the Foundation has been expanding its activity profile by inviting partners and volunteers, in addition to partnering with like-minded organizations.
The history of Cactus 3 Foundation is a testament to its commitment to promote healing and recovery, and the establishment and growth of vibrant, productive lives among youths and adults. To all these, and the beckoning tasks ahead, we have a firm testimony: HE IS OUR EBENEZER.
